Steven E. Yost
Steven E. Yost is a graduate of Rutgers College and the California Western School of Law. He has been practicing law since 1982. Mr. Yost has obtained substantial jury verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. These awards have included recoveries for clients who have suffered brain injuries, and serious injuries to their neck, back, face shoulders, arms, hands, legs and feet.
Mr. Yost is a member of the American Trial Lawyers' Association, New Jersey chapter, and practices mainly in the area of personal injury, seeking recovery for serious injuries and the devastating consequences to the lives of the injured and their families.
Mr. Yost is also a former Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, where he gained invaluable experience in evaluating the effective presentation of cases. Since leaving the AAA Mr. Yost has obtained significant arbitration results for clients in construction, business, and personal injury claims.
